LumenVAs started with a simple observation: growing businesses need reliable administrative and executive support, but hiring locally is expensive, and hiring internationally is complicated — full of unfamiliar contracts, currency questions, and uncertainty about who you're actually working with.

We built LumenVAs to remove that friction. Based in Brazil, we connect skilled, vetted Virtual Assistants and Executive Assistants with businesses abroad — handling the sourcing, screening, contracts, and ongoing management, so our clients get dependable support without the overhead of employment, payroll, or cross-border compliance.
